Security wouldn’t let me in the toilet, I met her a year before with John Mayer, and she was like, “No, it’s fine, you can come in.” We sat down and I could hear her, “Pssss.” And then through the cubicle, she’s like, “How are you, Honey?” and I just called her Rachel. “I’m fine.
